No job too small to do right.

A dripping faucet, a wobbly fan, a list of little things you've been putting off. We handle them with the same care we give a full remodel.

Fixtures, Fans & Small Projects

Not every project is a remodel. Sometimes you need a new faucet, a toilet that stops running, a vanity swapped out, or a ceiling fan in the bedroom that has been too hot every summer. Plenty of contractors won't return a call for a job that size. We will, and we treat it like it matters, because to you it does.

Shane doesn't nickel-and-dime people. You won't see a line item for every screw, wire nut or tube of caulk. You will get someone who shows up when he said he would, finishes the job, and checks for leaks or wobbles before he leaves. If he spots something else while he's there, like a supply line about to fail, he'll mention it.

We also work through punch lists: the doors that don't latch, the loose stair railing, the light fixture that has hung by its wires since you moved in. It's a good way to get a house ready to sell or to catch up after a busy year. Any electrical or plumbing work that requires a licensed trade or a permit is handled properly.

Shane is the most professional contractor I have ever interacted with for a job. From the first time calling him to the time he left my property he was 100% sincere with everything he did. We requested to put on a new roof on a shed and fix a rotted floor. He recommended putting some extra TLC into the shed including siding and some other work. We didn't think it was possible due to the age of the shed. When he hit some roadblocks with extra issues dealing with the project, he kept his cool. He even worked in a non-shaded area, with a heat index over 110 degrees with no breaks. His employee had the same mentality and I could see his dedication as well. He was younger in age, but Shane educated him along the way. I could tell he was helping to shape the next generation of contractors. Shane was trying to put the love of the work back into the job rather than just completing the work. He told us the new problems we didn't know about and quickly addressed them. He didn't get upset by me asking questions and even gave detailed answers to my questions. If you want a person who shows the ability and love of his work, hire this company. I felt as if I hired a family member even though we never met before since he truly took ownership of his work. His prices are beyond reasonable and he doesn't charge for an extra screw or a random material other contractors charge customers. He is truly the old fashion worker your grandparents tell you about from back in the day. When I discussed future jobs with him he gladly said he would handle it. No job is too big or small for Shane. If someone would ask if I would hire him back, I would say 100%. He even warranties his work for years and you can't beat it.

FAQ

Fixtures, Fans & Small Projects:
common questions

Still wondering about something? Call or text Shane at (636) 306-0393.

Is there a minimum job size?

We don't turn away small jobs. If you have one faucet to replace, give us a call. If you have several small things, grouping them into one visit makes the best use of everyone's time and keeps your cost down. Call Shane, describe what you need, and he'll tell you how he'd handle it and when he can get there.

Can you install a ceiling fan where there's only a light?

Usually. A fan needs a fan-rated electrical box anchored to the framing, because a standard light box isn't built for the weight and motion. If a new box, new wiring or a separate wall switch is needed, any work requiring a licensed electrician or a permit is handled properly. Shane will check your ceiling and explain what's involved.

Can I buy the fixture myself?

Yes. Many homeowners pick out their own faucet, fan or vanity, and we're glad to install it. Before you buy, send us the model so we can confirm it fits the space, the plumbing and the mounting. If something about the product is going to cause problems, you'll hear about it before you're stuck with it.

How quickly can you get to a small repair?

We're quick to respond, and we'll give you an honest date and show up on it. Scheduling depends on what else is on the calendar, but small jobs can often fit in between larger projects. If something is actively leaking, say so when you call, and we'll walk you through shutting off the water while you wait.
