Roofing · O'Fallon & St. Charles County
A roof that handles Missouri weather.
Hail in April, wind in June, ice in January. We install and repair roofs built for all of it, and we chase leaks back to the actual source.
Roof Installation & Repair
Missouri is hard on roofs. Spring storms throw hail and lift shingles. Summer heat bakes the attic. Freeze-thaw cycles in winter work water into every gap in the flashing. Many of the subdivision homes around O'Fallon and Wentzville are on their second roof by now, and plenty are ready for the next one. We repair what can be repaired and replace what can't.
Shane gets on the roof himself, July heat included. He checks shingles, decking, flashing at walls and chimneys, pipe boots and attic ventilation, then tells you what he found in plain terms. If a repair will hold, he says so. If the decking under a leak has rotted, he shows you and replaces it rather than nailing new shingles over soft wood.
Our roof work covers full tear-offs and replacements, storm damage repairs, leak tracing, and roofs on additions, garages, porches and sheds. We protect your landscaping during tear-off and clean up nails and debris before we leave. Your roof gets the same attention to detail from the drip edge at the eaves to the ridge cap at the top.

From a real customer
“He is truly the old fashion worker your grandparents tell you about from back in the day.”
Read every reviewShane is the most professional contractor I have ever interacted with for a job. From the first time calling him to the time he left my property he was 100% sincere with everything he did. We requested to put on a new roof on a shed and fix a rotted floor. He recommended putting some extra TLC into the shed including siding and some other work. We didn't think it was possible due to the age of the shed. When he hit some roadblocks with extra issues dealing with the project, he kept his cool. He even worked in a non-shaded area, with a heat index over 110 degrees with no breaks. His employee had the same mentality and I could see his dedication as well. He was younger in age, but Shane educated him along the way. I could tell he was helping to shape the next generation of contractors. Shane was trying to put the love of the work back into the job rather than just completing the work. He told us the new problems we didn't know about and quickly addressed them. He didn't get upset by me asking questions and even gave detailed answers to my questions. If you want a person who shows the ability and love of his work, hire this company. I felt as if I hired a family member even though we never met before since he truly took ownership of his work. His prices are beyond reasonable and he doesn't charge for an extra screw or a random material other contractors charge customers. He is truly the old fashion worker your grandparents tell you about from back in the day. When I discussed future jobs with him he gladly said he would handle it. No job is too big or small for Shane. If someone would ask if I would hire him back, I would say 100%. He even warranties his work for years and you can't beat it.

FAQ
Roof Installation & Repair:
common questions
Still wondering about something? Call or text Shane at (636) 306-0393.
Do I need a new roof or just a repair?
It depends on the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and the condition of the decking underneath. A few missing shingles or one failed pipe boot is a repair. Widespread granule loss, brittle shingles or several leaks usually point to replacement. Shane will tell you which one you need, not which one costs more.
My neighbors are getting new roofs after a hail storm. Should I?
Not automatically. Hail damage depends on stone size, wind direction and the age of your shingles, so two houses on the same street can come through differently. Shane will get up on your roof, look for bruised or cracked shingles and dented vents, and give you a straight answer. If your roof is fine, he'll tell you that too.
Do you replace rotted decking during a reroof?
Yes. Once the old shingles are off, we walk the whole deck and replace any boards that are soft, delaminated or rotted. New shingles over bad decking won't lie flat and won't hold nails well, and the problem shows up again in a few seasons. We'll show you the damaged areas before replacing them, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Can you match my existing shingles for a repair?
Usually we can come close. Shingle colors and styles change over the years, and older shingles fade in the sun, so an exact match isn't always possible. We'll find the closest available product and place repairs where they blend best. If a patch is going to stand out from the street, we'll tell you before we start.
